The necessity of traditional air conditioning on-site vacuuming
At present, household variable frequency air conditioners commonly use R32 and R410A mixed refrigerants. The industry requires on-site vacuum pumping during installation, with the core reason being to avoid equipment hazards and performance losses caused by air and water vapor mixing into the pipeline. The specific issues are as follows:
1. Air and moisture damage the operation of the system. During the process of installing and connecting copper pipes for air conditioning, it is inevitable that air and moisture will mix into the pipelines. Residual air can increase the condensation pressure of the system, directly leading to a decrease in the cooling and heating efficiency of the air conditioner and a surge in operating power consumption. At the same time, the water vapor in the pipeline will undergo hydrolysis reaction with the POE ester lubricating oil of the compressor, generating acidic and corrosive substances, causing copper tube corrosion, copper plating of the compressor, cylinder locking and other faults, greatly shortening the service life of the air conditioning system.
2. Disrupting the stability of the mixed refrigerant ratio. R410A is a two-component 1:1 mixed refrigerant, while R32 refrigerant has flammable and explosive properties. The traditional old-fashioned refrigerant exhaust method relies on the forced replacement of pipeline air with external refrigerant. Due to the difference in gasification speed of different refrigerants, it will completely disrupt the original refrigerant ratio, resulting in a permanent decrease in air conditioning performance, and the exhaust process will waste a large amount of refrigerant, posing a safety hazard.
The traditional solution for air conditioning is to use a vacuum pump to extract air and water vapor from the internal and external unit pipelines during installation, and then close the refrigerant circuit after reaching the standard vacuum degree. This process is tedious and relies entirely on specialized tools and installation technicians' operational norms. Once the vacuum is not up to standard, it will cause a series of after-sales failures.

Core principle of Zhongsong vacuum free technology

Zhongsong's vacuum free technology is an exclusive patented technology The core logic is to standardize the on-site vacuum process in the factory, and through prefabricated vacuum pressure holding technology and patented sealed valve body structure, completely isolate air from entering the system and eliminate the on-site vacuum process in home decoration. The entire technology is implemented through the collaboration of three core modules, ensuring the cleanliness of air conditioning pipelines and precise refrigerant ratio throughout the process.


1 .Factory prefabricated vacuum+micro positive pressure pre filling process (basic guarantee)

This process is the pre core of vacuum free technology, creating a clean and sealed refrigerant circulation system from the source, replacing manual on-site vacuum treatment: 

(1).Standardized operation in dust-free vacuum workshop. Before leaving the factory, the indoor and outdoor units of the air conditioner undergo independent deep vacuuming operations in a professional dust-free vacuum workshop, thoroughly removing any residual air and trace water vapor inside the evaporator and condenser, achieving a high industry standard vacuum state, and avoiding the problem of incomplete manual vacuuming.

(2).Accurate filling and sealing locking. After the equipment is vacuumed to meet the standard, it is quantitatively filled with the standard rated refrigerant through high-precision automation equipment. Immediately use a dedicated sealed valve body to seal all pipeline interfaces of the internal and external units, preventing refrigerant leakage and air infiltration.

(3).Micro positive pressure sealing and sealing of pipelines. After sealing is completed, a stable refrigerant micro positive pressure environment is formed inside the air conditioning pipeline, with an internal pressure higher than the external atmospheric pressure, which physically blocks the reverse infiltration of air and water vapor into the circulation system, and maintains the factory's standardized vacuum clean state throughout the process.


2. Patent double-layer self sealing self-locking valve body structure (core key)

Replacing traditional ordinary bell mouth threaded joints is the core hardware structure for achieving on-site vacuum free operation, ensuring that no air enters the pipeline connection throughout the process

(1)Separate independent sealing cap. Both indoor and outdoor units, as well as the two ends of the connecting copper pipes, are equipped with dedicated sealing caps with spring top pins, which seal the pipeline ports throughout the factory process. The cap is equipped with a double-layer rubber sealing structure, which continuously locks the micro positive pressure refrigerant inside the pipeline during the entire process of equipment transportation, storage, and installation, ensuring no air leakage or intake.

(2)Rotating synchronous self-locking sealing structure. When the on-site pipeline is connected, the rotating threaded buckle will simultaneously open the two ends of the valve body with built-in ejector pins, automatically opening the refrigerant circulation channel. At the moment when the thread is tightened in place, the inner and outer double-layer sealing rings are synchronously squeezed and fitted, forming a completely sealed airtight sealing ring. Due to the pipeline maintaining a slightly positive pressure throughout the entire process, only a small amount of refrigerant inside is released outward during docking, and external air cannot flow back into the system.

(3) Leak proof and pressure relief buffer design. The valve body is equipped with a dedicated pressure relief buffer chamber, and during the docking process, a very small amount of leaked refrigerant is only used to discharge residual air in the joint gap. It does not consume the main refrigerant of the system, does not change the refrigerant ratio, and does not require additional fluorine supplementation. The factory standard refrigerant parameters are retained throughout the process.


3. Complete set of pre sealed copper pipe matching system (supporting guarantee)

The Zhongsong vacuum free model is equipped with a customized sealed copper tube, which is completely different from ordinary air conditioning copper tubes, forming a complete sealing cycle system: the exclusive copper tube is pre installed with the same self sealing valve cap at both ends, and has been independently vacuumed and slightly pressurized before leaving the factory; The pipeline is wrapped with double-layer insulation, and the valve body joint is thickened with anti-corrosion treatment, which enhances the sealing and stability. On site installation does not require a vacuum pump, emptying, or timed emptying. It only requires fixing the equipment, connecting and tightening the copper pipes to complete the construction of a closed refrigerant circuit.

Disassemble the working principle of the entire process


1. Factory production stage: vacuum forming, precise sealing

The internal unit, external unit, and connecting copper pipes are independently vacuumed → automatically and accurately filled with standard refrigerant → seal the valve body to lock all ports → maintain stable refrigerant micro positive pressure in the pipeline. The three major components are independently airtight and not connected to each other, forming a standardized clean unit.

2. Storage and transportation stage: constant pressure isolation, stable state

The dedicated sealed valve body continuously locks the pipeline port, and the equipment maintains a constant micro positive pressure throughout the entire process, completely isolating air and water vapor from entering, and fully preserving the factory's vacuum clean state, unaffected by transportation and storage environments.

3. On site installation stage: no air docking, one-time molding
Accurately connect the valve caps at both ends of the copper tube with the valve bodies of the inner and outer machines, rotate and tighten the buckles, synchronize the opening of the top pin, and automatically connect the three chambers of the inner machine, copper tube, and outer machine; Instantly connect the internal micro positive pressure and release pressure, isolate the external air, and form a complete, clean, and sealed refrigerant circulation system in one go without any vacuuming or emptying operations.
4. Startup phase: Standard cycle, stable performance
The total amount, ratio, and pipeline cleanliness of the system refrigerant are completely equivalent to the factory standards. The compressor heat exchange condition is stable, without air or water vapor interference, completely avoiding refrigeration attenuation, compressor corrosion, cylinder jamming, and other faults. The operating performance is completely consistent with that of qualified vacuum pumping traditional air conditioners.
